These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and to every order you place with us. Please read them carefully before using the site or making a purchase. By using olivarento.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.


2. WHO CAN USE THIS WEBSITE

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. Some of our products, such as razors and razor blades, are sharp tools and are intended for adult use only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the details you give us are accurate and complete.


3. OUR PRODUCTS

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and natural products such as shaving soaps, oils and balms can vary a little in colour and scent from batch to batch. Small variations like these are not a fault.

Please read the ingredient list of any cosmetic product before use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. We recommend a small patch test before using a new product for the first time.

Razors and blades are sharp. Please handle them with care, store them out of the reach of children and dispose of used blades safely.


4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Where buy now, pay later options such as Klarna or Clearpay are offered, these are provided by the relevant provider under their own terms, and any agreement for those services is between you and that provider.

We try hard to make sure all prices are correct. If we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling your order for a full refund.


5. HOW A CONTRACT IS FORMED

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This is not yet an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and STROPT LTD is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, if we cannot verify your payment, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If this happens after you have paid, we will refund you in full.


6. DELIVERY

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.


7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURNS

As a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Some exceptions apply, for example to sealed hygiene and cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery. Full details are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.


8. FAULTY ITEMS

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods you buy from us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@olivarento.com and we will put it right.


9. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You agree not to use our website:

to break any law or regulation;
to send or upload any virus or harmful code;
to collect personal data about other users;
to scrape, copy or reproduce our content without permission;
to submit false or misleading information, including false orders;
or in any way that could damage, disable or interfere with the website or its security.

We may suspend or restrict your access to the website if we reasonably believe you have broken these rules.


10. REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

If you send us comments, reviews, suggestions or other feedback, you allow us to use, edit and publish that content in connection with our business without payment to you. You agree that anything you submit will be honest, lawful and will not infringe anyone else's rights. We are not obliged to keep feedback confidential or to respond to it.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on olivarento.com, including text, images, logos, product photography and design, belongs to STROPT LTD or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or distribute any of our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.


12. THIRD PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our website may contain links to other websites or use services provided by third parties, such as payment providers and delivery companies. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content or practices.


13. AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE

We aim to keep our website available and working properly, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may update, change or temporarily suspend the website for maintenance or improvements.


14. OUR LIABILITY

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.

We supply our products for domestic and personal use only. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


15. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, postal disruption or failures of public networks. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and do what we reasonably can to reduce the delay.


16. PERSONAL DATA

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.


17. IF PART OF THESE TERMS IS INVALID

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will remain in full force and effect.


18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.


19. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. You also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws of the part of the UK where you live.
