RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something is not right, this page explains how to return it and get your money back.


YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

To cancel, simply let us know within those 14 days by emailing info@olivarento.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. After telling us, you then have a further 14 days to send the items back.


ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT BACK

For health and hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned once their seal or protective packaging has been opened after delivery. This applies to:

shaving soaps, shaving creams, pre shave oils, aftershave balms, beard oils and other cosmetic products;
razor blades;
shaving brushes that have been used.

As long as these products are still sealed and unused, you can return them within the 14 day period like any other item.

This exception does not affect your rights if a product is faulty.


CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Please return items unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging with all accessories and parts included. You may handle an item to examine it as you would in a shop, but if an item has been used or damaged beyond that, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Email us at info@olivarento.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We will reply with our returns address and any further instructions.
3. Pack the items securely and include your order number or delivery note inside the parcel.
4. Send your return using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Please send each order back as a separate return.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the cost of sending it back to us is your responsibility.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of the return.


REFUNDS

Once your return arrives, we will check it and email you to confirm. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or within 14 days of you giving us proof that you have sent them back, whichever is sooner.

Your refund will be made to your original payment method. As standard delivery is always free, the £2.95 charge for Insured Express Shipping is not refunded when you cancel because you changed your mind, since it was an optional upgrade. If the item is faulty or wrong, we refund the express charge as well.

If you paid with Klarna or Clearpay, your refund will be processed through that provider and your payment plan will be updated accordingly.

If you have not received your refund after this time, please first check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us at info@olivarento.com.


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods you buy from us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email us at info@olivarento.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo. Within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund. After that, we will offer a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible, a refund.


WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If we have sent you the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover all return costs.


EXCHANGES

If you would like a different item, the quickest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you would prefer an exchange, email us and we will be happy to help where the item is in stock.
